The buyer counseling session is a strategy setting conversation with a prospective buyer for the purpose of managing expectations, receiving their loyalty and securing their written authorization to represent their interests in a real estate purchase. This conversation is a comprehensive overview of a transaction from the beginning to the closing. It covers the spectrum of what we can and can’t do by law, what will must do according to the Code of Ethics, what we will do to comply with our office policy and what we choose to do based on how each of us manages our business. This formatted process will limit risk and gain contractual buyer clients.
