  instructions). The Open Houses are then syndicated to websites like Zillo
 w\, Realtor.com\, BendHomes.com as well as COAR's public Open House Searc
 h.
 Members can advertise their open houses in a special section of The B
 ulletin\, click here for more information.
 Members can pick up a specia
 l 9x12 Open House sign to attach to your current signage. Due to local sig
 n regulations\, we will not be distributing balloons this year.
 Please r
 emember that adding the placard to your sign may change the overall size o
 f your sign\, so please make sure it still complies with your local sign c
 ode. Additionally\, local governments regulate the placement of Open Hou
 se signs. A sign placed incorrectly will most likely be confiscated by loc
 al officials. Please also be aware of any HOA or CC&R's that impact signag
 e.
 Utilize the hashtags #OpenHouseCO and #inBend\, #inPrineville\, #in
 Sunriver\, etc to showcase your Open House.
 Remember to always ask if gu
 ests are working with a Buyer's Agent.
