DESCRIPTION:Law and Rule (sometimes written as LARRC) is a required course
  every license renewal and be submitted to the Oregon Real Estate Agency 
 (OREA). 
 Free for Ed Club\, must be logged in to receive the discount.

 
  
 This is the same class/content as the virtual version\; however\, w
 e are allowing members to come and participate in person (with masks) if t
 hey choose to do so. Your education will be equivalent within both virtual
  and in-person\, but we understand that some members may enjoy in person c
 lasses more.
 
 Before the hybrid class\, you will also receive a virtua
 l link in case you are not feeling well or you might have a tighter schedu
 le than you allotted for.
 
 COAR In-Person Class Policies:
 
 Masks w
 ill be required for all in-person class attendees\, regardless of vaccinat
 ion status. Food will not be allowed in the classroom\, please eat or drin
 k outside the building.
 Vaccinated instructors may choose to remove thei
 r mask.
 We are continuing to operate with decreased staff on-site to pre
 vent any potential exposure to all staff\, so class attendees are not allo
 wed to enter the COAR main office without an appointment.
 The facility w
 ill be cleaned after all classes and meetings.
 Classroom doors and win
 dows will be open.
 We will continue safe distancing and 50% capacity lim
 it. Do not move chairs or tables.

 n class\, you agree to wear a mask and follow all posted policies. There w
 ill be a zero tolerance policy for non-adherence to these policies or fail
