 Overview:

 
 On December 20\, House Bill 4401 passed the Oregon Legislature\, exten
 ding the eviction moratorium through June 2021 and creating a $150 milli
 on compensation fund for rental property owners\, as well as another $50 m
 illion for a tenant fund to be used for rent. Among other measures\, the b
 ill will require tenants to sign a declaration that they have been impacte
 d by COVID-19 in order to delay rental payments. This webinar will focus 
 on HB 4401\, and specifically residential eviction and what the law means
  for REALTORS®.
