  COAR members should be aware of. In this webinar\, attorney Sarah Harlos 
 will discuss the Governor’sstatewide eviction moratorium\, as well as th
 e current legal environment surrounding the order. For the second part of 
 the webinar\, NAR’s Zack&nbsp\;Rubin-McCarry will discuss the$2 trillion
  COVID-19 stimulus package\, known as the CARES Act\, recently signed into
  law by President Trump. The bill contains numerous benefits for REALTORS
 ® that NAR fought hard for\, including unemployment eligibility for the s
 elf-employed and independent contractors\; unprecedented aid for small bus
 inesses\; and a delay in business payroll tax payments.
