DESCRIPTION:The Bend City Council approved a mandatory Home Energy Score pr
 ogram that begins July 1st\, 2023.&nbsp\;The program requires that homes l
 isted for sale in Bend obtain a home energy assessment\, called a&nbsp\;
 “Home Energy Score” prior to listing. The homeowner or Realtor must th
 en share the scorecard with&nbsp\;prospective buyers looking at the home. 
 This class will help agents understand the score and explain it&nbsp\;to t
 heir client.
