Smit, a national N.A.R. Instructor, wrote this class on mortgage finance for specifically for Realtors. As a mortgage lender for 18 years and now a full time Realtor, “Smit” teaches this class with the goal of how to “vet” a lender’s “Preapproval” letter. This class will show how the lender’s timeline parallels the Realtor’s timeline; understand the nomenclature of lending terms; determine if the lender has or is doing their job (“Homework”) and determine if the lender’s letter is true, accurate and reliable.
