This class will go over the following topics for the new Flexmls system and CRS Data. If you are unable to attend, there is an Appraiser Tools Webinar on March 24th that will cover just the Flexmls Training. WEBINAR LINK HERE

In this session, CRS Data (Court House Retrieval System) will be here to discuss all the free tools we are offering appraisers to help you be as effective as possible in your business.  The instructor will go over the various data you have access to in addition to the MLS.  She will show you how you can access sales data that has taken place outside of the MLS.  She will also review the different valuation tools that are available in their system!  Our CRS instructor is flying in all the way from North Carolina to provide you will this training!

 

Following CRS Data’s presentation, we will have Flexmls staff here to do an in person training just for appraisers.  Our Flex training is flying in all the way from North Dakota to provide you with this training! The flex training will be approximately 60 minutes where you will learn how to run the 1004MC report, customize searches, views, and dashboard gadgets to make your work in the system as efficient as possible.  If you do not take the getting started webinar on March 9^th, you will get your credentials after taking this course.
