Women's Council Lunch & Learn: Do I Need a Home Energy Score? 1 CEThe Bend City Council approved a mandatory Home Energy Score program that begins July 1st, 2023. The program requires that homes listed for sale in Bend obtain a home energy assessment, called a “Home Energy Score” prior to listing. The homeowner or Realtor must then share the scorecard with prospective buyers looking at the home. This class will help agents understand the score and explain it to their client.
