We are part owners of the Oregon Data Share LLC., which is a regionally owned MLS technology provider and shared database. Any member who joins our multiple listing service locally, gains access to the products and services provided through the Oregon Data Share LLC. as well as access to the real estate market and listing data of our data share partners—the Southern Oregon MLS & the Klamath County Association of REALTORS®. We are proud of our collaborative MLS efforts which provides our members with robust market data from significant portions of Oregon and expands their potential referral network with brokers from around the state.

Our Coverage Area
The Cascades East Multiple Listing Service, the Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service (SOMLS) and the Klamath County Association of REALTORS® (KCAR) use the Flexmls platform; combined, deemed as Oregon Datashare. Featuring a consistent user experience across mobile and desktop platforms, Flexmls helps REALTORS® search, input, and manage listings with ease. This shared database provides our members with up-to-date and accurate market data for huge portions of the state of Oregon giving our members insight on what is happening in the real estate market.
Covering over 50% square miles of Oregon for REALTORS®, Oregon Datashare users assist with Residential, Land, Residential Income, Farm, Commercial Sale, Commercial Lease, Business Opportunity and Mobile Home transactions. This provides our members a great opportunity to network with REALTORS® from around the state as well as refer clients to trusted professionals throughout our jurisdiction. While our members still visit all of our local offices and see the same staff they are accustomed to working with, our participants, subscribers or clerical users in the MLS will have access to the full database through the Oregon Data Share LLC. covering:
Our Tools
Our members also have access to a robust suite of tools to help them succeed in the real estate industry. These tools include:
- Flexmls- The MLS technology Platform that powers the MLS for our REALTORS® and the clients they serve.
- Supra Electronic Keys and Lockboxes- The electronic lockbox and key system used by our members to list and show property.
- MLS TaxSuite- The tax suite provides property record data in our MLS system for all properties, including those sold outside the MLS. This system also provides our members the ability to prospect, run mailing labels, CMAs and much more using this fully integrated tax system. This system includes property records statewide and includes several counties in Northern California as well.
- ListTrac- ListTrac provides online activity reporting for real estate brokers and agents offering unbiased, actionable marketing intelligence in one place to help guide listing campaigns. Members can keep a pulse on the performance of their listings with metrics including listing views, leads, shares, and favorites captured from major portals, broker sites, and MLS systems while keeping sellers informed with a weekly report showing how their listing is performing online.
- Market Stats- The MLS offers a market stats product that allows our members the ability to track important market statistics, trends and share this important data with their clients.
