The Cascades East Association of REALTORS® offers many different educational and event offerings for the benefit of our members. Our goal is to offer these programs in a multitude of formats to provide the services to our members in the format they prefer. Due to the costs of venues, food, and/or travel we have the following refund policies based on the type of event. Please review the applicable policy prior to cancelling a registration.

Please note, we want to offer the best experience for our members with the flexibility to take education remotely. However, the Cascades East Association of REALTORS® cannot be responsible for user technology factors such as internet connection speed that may affect the quality of the webinar transmission. No refunds will be issued for technology issues on the part of the registrant.

Special Events and Programs at Off-Site Venues
A lot of time and planning goes into providing our members programming at offsite venues. Such venues require minimum headcounts for events for food and beverage that have to be guaranteed a minimum of a week in advance. For this reason, we have a separate refund policy for events the association is holding off-site.

Transferring Registrations
If you have registered for a course or event and need to cancel after the permissible refund period, the association is happy to transfer your registration to another member you find that is interested in taking your registration for a course, program or event and they can pay you directly for the registration fee. Such transfers must be made a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the course, program, or event.
The only exception to this policy is the annual Cascades East Association of REALTORS® Installation/Awards & Holiday Party event. Due to the size of this event and the planning needed transfers must be made a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the event in order to be made.
