Not yet licensed? Learn how to obtain your real estate license. Alternatively, learn how to obtain your appraisal license. You must be a licensed real estate broker/principal broker or appraiser to join unless you are a personal assistant or clerical user (office administrative personnel).

To both your peers and clients, your REALTOR® affiliation showcases your unwavering commitment to excellence and your investment in real estate as a lifelong career. Your membership spans three levels – local, state (Oregon REALTORS®), and national (National Association of REALTORS®). This unique tri-level membership sets you apart distinctly from other real estate licensees in Oregon, highlighting your elevated commitment to the profession. All three levels of the organization work on your behalf to ensure you have the tools and resources necessary to succeed in the ever-changing real estate industry.
Prior to selecting which membership you will be applying for, consult with your Managing Principal Broker to ensure you are completing the correct applications. Once our staff has received completed paperwork, the applicant will receive an invoice from the association and/or MLS for payment of dues, fees, etc. Membership or MLS access will not be activated until payment is received.

Membership for Affiliates/Business Partners
The Cascades East Association of REALTORS® is committed to cultivating a dynamic ecosystem where REALTORS® and affiliate members are equipped with the knowledge, resources, and relationships to provide exceptional service to clients. Our affiliate members are companies that support REALTORS® and the real estate industry, such as lenders, title companies, home inspectors, photographers, and more. Affiliate members are provided many opportunities to network and create strong connections with REALTOR® members, strengthening the relationships needed to close real estate transactions successfully. We believe that these strong ties benefit our members and the consumers they serve. Our affiliates will have access to member rosters, association events, and education, as well as opportunities to sponsor events and education for our members through the association. Affiliates can apply for local association membership as a Corporate or Individual Affiliate. Please note that affiliates cannot join the MLS.
