The Good Neighbor Award program with the Cascades East Association of REALTORS® recognizes REALTOR® members who have demonstrated exemplary commitment to their community through volunteerism and service. Nominees for this award should encompass some or all the following attributes:
• Provide a recognizable impact through volunteer services and activities.
• Supports and demonstrates a collaborative spirit and a high regard for the community.
• Inspires others by their example through demonstrated leadership and commitment.
• Showcases ongoing support rather than a one-time effort.
• Models high ethical conduct.
Good Neighbor Awards applications may be submitted by a Cascades East REALTORS® member (REALTOR® or affiliate). Before completing, please review our application guidelines.
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and reviewed quarterly by a workgroup of members who are prior Good Neighbor Award winners. Up to 12 award winners are selected annually by the workgroup. Cascades East REALTORS® donates to the winner's community organization. One of those winners is selected as the annual winner. They receive an additional donation for their community organization and are recognized at the Annual Awards, Installation, and Holiday Party.
