REALTOR® Party
The REALTOR® Party is a powerful alliance of REALTORS® and REALTOR® associations working together to advance public policies and candidates that build strong communities, support homeownership, protect property interests, and promote a vibrant business environment. When it comes to legislative and regulatory matters at the local, state, and federal levels, the REALTOR® Party supports candidates who support the real estate industry, regardless of their party affiliation. The Cascades East Association of REALTORS® takes advantage of REALTOR® party resources and funds from the national association to help aid in advancing our agenda and utilizing research to bolster our legislative programming.
RPAC

RPAC stands for REALTOR® Political Action Committee. RPAC exists exclusively to raise money for and contribute to candidates who support REALTOR® issues. At the Cascades East Association of REALTORS®, RPAC supports REALTOR® champions and pro-housing and pro-business candidates in city and county elections who recognize real estate as a valuable part of the local economy, will fight for the real estate industry, and support private property rights for you and your clients. |
Within our local association, RPAC is governed by the Cascades East Association of REALTORS® RPAC Trustees. RPAC raises money through voluntary political contributions – not dues dollars – from our members to support the election of pro-REALTOR® candidates at the local level. RPAC is a non-partisan committee that contributes to and works with candidates who are REALTOR® allies, regardless of the letter behind their names.
