This award is designed to give recognition to newer REALTORS® who have served not only their profession, but also their communities. The criteria listed below are used as guidelines when selecting our Rising Star of the Year. Cascades East Association of REALTORS® honors one rising star each calendar year. Service on Association committees/workgroups and/or board is highly preferred for candidates.
- Must have been a REALTOR® for at least 24 months and up to 60 months
- Involved in the Cascades East Association of REALTORS® demonstrated by attending events, classes and/or serving on key committee(s), committees, and/or workgroups.
- Expresses motivation to learn more about the real estate field
- Exemplifies a high degree of integrity, exhibited sound moral character and high ethical behavior
- Is involved in their community
- Has completed at least 10 transactions
- Has contributed to the firms success
- Displayed leadership with good teamwork skills
The selected winner will be recognized at the Association Holiday Party and Installation on December 5, 6-10 PM, in Sunriver.
Nominations are due by June 30, 2025.
