This course is required for all new Oregon Data Share (ODS) members within the first thirty (30) days of joining.

The course covers the basics of FlexMLS, reviews the MLS Rules and Regulations and highlights important fields, what they mean and how you should use them as well as important data integrity standards we adhere to inorder to make sure our members have access to the most accurate real estate data.  The staff will review these important items as we audit for them and issue fines if found.

Agricultural Land Brokerage and Marketing, LANDU, ALC Specialty Course

This newly updated course covers key aspects of the 2018 Farm Bill, including the major change of legalizing industrial hemp. Armed with the valuable information provided by this course, real estate agents will be empowered to more competently assist clients with various types of agricultural land transactions.

  • ALC Designated Course Price ($525) - For registrants that have already earned the Accredited Land Consultants (ALC) Designation and are considered to be an active ALC.
  • RLI Member Course Price ($550) - For registrants that are REALTORS® Land Institute Members who have not yet earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation.
  • Non-Member Course Price ($600) - For registrants that are not active members of the REALTORS® Land Institute.
