Not every member uses each system the same. CRS Data took this into account when building their product. This session will view various aspects of customization built into the system for you! The customizations reviewed in this session include, branding options, uploading your photo, setting a default email address, setting a default map starting point, setting your default saved criteria, saved results and custom results. You will also review choosing a map or list view default, setting defaults on your property reports and home improvement defaults.

Surprise! In the middle of a pandemic the Central Oregon real estate market is experiencing multiple offers left and right! As a business owners and/or Managing Principal Brokers we wanted to bring you an education session to help answer questions on how to best handle multiple offers with your office and go over what is and is not ethical with respect to multiple offers. There are a lot of myths in the marketplace about how to handle multiple office and this 2 hour course will give you a lot of great insight on this issue so you are best prepared when multiple offers come in to guide your brokers through the process correctly. This session is FREE and open to Managing Principal Brokers and Owners Only.
