Cascades East Realtors Office

According to a report from NAR (pre-Covid), 44% of clients looked online for for-sale properties, and 17% of those contacted a real estate agent. So how do we get those clients to contact you for more information about a home?

No need to be tech-savvy; learn the essentials of Instagram and know the ins and outs of when to post and what. Social media is so much more than just posting your life. There is a strategy for posting times and content that generates more interaction with potential followers.

These meetings are open to all COAR members/area brokers and provide an opportunity for brokers to ask questions and receive an update from staff on local housing and development. Common agenda topics include new construction and land use applications, current and long-range planning projects, and buildable lands inventory.
