Bend Home Energy Score Program: What Your Seller Needs to Know, Webinar, 1 CE

Beginning July 1, 2023, sellers in Bend will be required to obtain a home energy score. The City’s new rule states that, “All covered buildings that are being listed publicly for sale are required to obtain a home energy score from a state licensed home energy assessor.” Hear from COAR, City of Bend staff, and others on what the requirement means for sellers and what you need to know as a REALTOR® to ensure you’re up-to-speed on the new rule.
