Join us on a journey through Maps and Layers provided through Public Record Data your consumers (buyer/sellers) need during the buying and selling process. Let us walk you through accessing the information using FEMA, GIS maps and more to provide a wide breath of property data and the many ways consumers can use these details.
We will take you through quick and easy ways to layer on those property details your consumers are asking for including to name a few, school zones and locations, FEMA zones and sales details, lot dimensions and location of points of interest from the subject property just to name a few.
We will open the Map and introduce and spend more time with how to leverage the many layers by turning them on and discussing what this means and how it helps clarify important facts for your consumer.
