Overview
The Cascades East Association of REALTORS® is a member-driven organization. Our volunteer leaders decide the direction of our programming, and our highly qualified staffing team executes their vision. You can help guide the future of our organization by participating and sharing your perspective.
We have created a Governance Primer booklet that provides an overview of our organization, its governance structure, descriptions of our committees and workgroups, and the expectations and responsibilities of those who participate. Please note the following important information:
- Current committee and workgroup members must reapply to be reappointed, and reappointments are not guaranteed.
- The maximum number of appointments you may receive is two.
- Due to the number of applicants and to ensure we have diverse geographical representation on our committees and workgroups, some members may not receive an appointment. If this happens, we encourage you to reapply in future years!
- All committees and workgroups' meetings are offered in a hybrid format.
- Members must agree to the attendance policy as part of the application process.
