Application Criteria

• This award is for commercial transactions that were listed in the Cascades East MLS and closed by December 31, 2024.
• Applicant must be an active member of the Cascades East Association of REALTORS and Cascades East MLS.
• Application can be filled out by the member who closed the transaction, or a member can nominate another member they deem worthy.
• Application and any supporting documentation must be received by the association no later than October 31, 2025. Contact awards@cascadeseastrealtors.com with any questions.
