This course will provide a comprehensive overview of the 2025 updates to the Residential Library. It will cover key revisions to the Sale Agreement, significant changes across the entire OREF Library, and more important updates to the Buyer Representation Bundle in response to House Bill 4058. These updates will be officially released on January 2, 2025.
