This course covers structuring purchase agreements/counters/ addendums in regards to Personal Property and Repairs & how to avoid problems with underwriting.  I have years of screenshots from actual offers/addendums that DO NOT work for any lender.  We review those and talk about they don’t work…but more importantly how to re-structure these situations so the clients are protected and the underwriter is happy.
