Ginnny Schider, Loan Officer
Guild Mortgage
NMLS# 302178Thank you, Ginny, for being a Strategic Partner!
I’m passionate about the mortgage business because I get the opportunity to meet so many interesting people and help them finance what is often the biggest investment of their lives. I enjoy being their trusted advisor and helping them achieve financial success, whether it’s by purchasing or refinancing their own home or an investment property. I pride myself in being available and responsive to my clients’ needs.
I’ve been happily working with borrowers since 2001, and I was a realtor for eleven years before then. That combination allows me to be a resource to the realtors I work with, and I especially enjoy training and coaching new agents.
My husband, Jim, and I have two grown sons – Leland, an experienced home builder in Portland, and Halsey, a rescue helicopter pilot in San Antonio. I’ve ridden horses all of my life—a passion my husband supports from a distance! Together we love camping, boating, biking, travelling, hiking and cooking.
