COAR In-Person Class Policies:

The Code of Ethics (sometimes written as COE) class is required every 3 years by the National Association of Realtors®. The current cycle is through January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021.

This is the same class/content as the virtual version; however, we are allowing members to come and participate in person (with masks) if they choose to do so. Your education will be equivalent within both virtual and in-person, but we understand that some members may enjoy in person classes more.

Before the hybrid class, you will also receive a virtual link in case you are not feeling well or you might have a tighter schedule than you allotted for.
