The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS invites all members to its next networking event on October 23rd, 12:00-3:00 pm, at Schilling's Garden Market, 64640 Old Bend Redmond Hwy. The family-friendly event is free for COAR members and guests. Hosted appetizers, beverages, and take home a free pumpkin. Petting Zoo and hay maze for the kids. Register in advance to be entered in the free raffle entry. This event is organized by the Professional Network Committee and sponsored by WIN Home Inspection.

The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® works closely with city and county staff throughout the region, including various community development departments (CDD). Following a pause during the pandemic, COAR is resuming these meetings throughout COAR’s jurisdiction. These meetings are open to all COAR members/area brokers and provide an opportunity for brokers to ask questions and receive an update from staff on local housing and development. Common agenda topics include new construction and land use applications, current and long-range planning projects, and buildable lands inventory.

Join us for the 2022 COAR Holiday Party and Installation! The event will include a reception, dinner, installation of COAR's 2023 Board, and dancing. Tickets are $75 per person and $725 for a sponsored table of 10, which includes signage and reserved seating.
Note: This event venue, the Sunriver Resort Great Hall, has limited seating and will sell out early. Offices can purchase up to 2 tables initially. Guest names for tables and preferred entree selection may be supplied to COAR closer to the event date. Individual ticket purchasers, please check with your office to see if they are buying table(s) before registering. Individual ticket purchasers will be assigned a table by COAR.
