Living With Wildfire: What You and Your Clients Need to Know, 1 CEWildfire is a given in our region, so how can you best assist your clients in making smart and safe real estate decisions? In this class, we'll discuss topics pertinent to Realtors, including: wildfire behavior, why some houses burn and some don't, what sellers should do to prepare for a sale, what buyers should be looking for, and the latest in information about codes, designations, and insurance coverage.
