Professionalism in Real Estate will review the common practices and expectations in a cooperative real estate market community.  This course will help you gain the respect of your peers and ensure you are putting your most professional foot forward as you begin your real estate career.

This fair housing webinar focuses on lessons from Newsday’s investigation of REALTORS^® in 2019 that revealed widespread fair housing discrimination in Long Island, New York. Investigative Reporter and Author Bill Dedman will lead a guided tour of the investigation with video clips and discussion. Topics include:

• What role may unconscious bias play in steering?
• What can agents say about schools and neighborhoods?
