8:30 am	Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Webinar The foundation of the SRS course covers the core competencies of seller representation according to office policies, license law, and the Code of Ethics. Students will gain a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training, and resources to help them represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace. The course covers the key components of the transaction – from listing to close. In addition, students will learn how demonstrate their value, secure loyalty and written commitment, neutralize concerns, and establish realistic expectations Learning outcomes include: Increase listings and grow their business Demonstrate and communicate their value package to seller clients Understand and apply the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice Understand and comply with MA state license laws when representing sellers Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide the support and services that sellers want and need. Understand how compensation is explained to sellers providing all options available Understand that the representation skills required to represent sellers encompass a comprehensive understanding of the legal duties and license law responsibilities.
