ODS Rules and Regulations Onboarding Course, WebinarThis course is required for all new Oregon Data Share (ODS) members within the first thirty (30) days of joining. The course covers the basics of FlexMLS, reviews the MLS Rules and Regulations and highlights important fields, what they mean and how you should use them as well as important data integrity standards we adhere to inorder to make sure our members have access to the most accurate real estate data. The staff will review these important items as we audit for them and issue fines if found.

Realtor Safety, 1 CEThis class helps empower real estate professionals to navigate their work environments confidently, employing proactive measures to enhance security during property showings, open houses, and client interactions. Topics covered include: situational awareness, effective personal safety strategies, and hands on use of safety tools. Taught by: Ryan Fraker, CrossCountry Mortgage Before dedicating himself to helping individuals achieve their homeownership dreams, Ryan served as a Police Sergeant for 11 years, gaining invaluable experience in various aspects of law enforcement. This included real life experience with pepper spray and handling drug dogs. Ryan has commitment to ensuring the well-being of real estate agents, recognizing the risks they face in the field, and working to implement safety benchmarks and resources to mitigate those dangers. |
