Approved by Deschutes County in April 2022, the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) program allows owners of eligible commercial property to obtain long-term, low-interest rate financing from private capital providers for certain qualified projects. This free workshop will bring together national speakers and experts in the space to share case studies, practical applications for the program, and advice on where to begin with projects that may be a fit. Hosted by COAR, in partnership with 350Deschutes and the Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA).
