My “water rights 101 for realtors class” gives the history of the Deschutes Basin and how water is distributed throughout the basin today. The class also touches on all the things realtors should know about wells and water rights when completing property transactions. In addition the class will give insight in how to apply and acquire new water rights through the Deschutes mitigation program as well as the latest updates on changes to water management due to the spotted frog.
