Law and Rule (sometimes written as LARRC) is a required course for every license renewal and be submitted to the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA). The current cycle is January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023.
Once you have participated in a class, keep your certificate in your files to submit to Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) when it is time for your license renewal.
