Listing Input Course

The listing input course (not to be confused with new member orientation or new member signup) is a 1.5-hour course that will teach you how to input new listings. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and get assistance from our MLS expert, Tyson Nivens.

This class is required to have access to input listings. It is not needed if you already have access.  Upon completing this course, we will automatically mark your attendance in our records. In addition to completing this course, you will need your Managing Principal Broker's written permission to have this feature activated.

1. Take the COAR listing input course in person or online.
2. Have your Managing Principal Broker email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.; you should have listing input access.
3. COAR will activate your listing input access within one business day of completing steps 1 & 2.
