Law and Rule (sometimes written as LARRC) is a required course every license renewal and be submitted to the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA). The current cycle is January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023.

Once you have participated in a class, keep your certificate in your files to submit to Oregon Real Estate Forms (OREA) when it is time for your license renewal.

In your registration email, you will be provided a link to attend the class virtually if you choose to do so. Your virtual attendance will be monitored by the webinar platform we use called GoToWebinar. GoToWebinar tracks your digital engagement and rates your participation; we use the information provided by GoToWebinar to confirm that virtual attendees have earned your CE credit.

For in-person and virtual attendees, CE will be sent via email the day following the event.
