This course counts for 6 hours of Oregon CE credit and 6 hours of GRI core credit. You must attend both 3 hour sessions inorder to recieve CE credit.

Serve your clients to the best of your ability by becoming an expert in all aspects of real estate finance. In this course, you will learn about the mortgage process, escrow & title, loan programs, lending, rules (Dodd-Frank, HOPEA & Section 32, triggering loan estimates, TRID/Know Before You Owe), seller financing, short sales & foreclosures, 1031 exchanges, and investment properties. By the end, you will be prepared to guide your clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their life.
