In this session you will learn how to use CRS to get comparable properties using both properties from the MLS and properties that have sold off the MLS. This session will review adding and removing valuation estimations, making home improvement adjustments, adjusting search parameters. This session will also review how to navigate between CRS and the MLS seemlessly while you are evaluating comparables. You will also learn about CRS's custom comparables and how to use their CMA report with your clients.
