She is the author of S.T.R.E.S.S. (Simple Techniques for Radically Eliminating Severe Stress), The Mental Side of Releasing Weight program and The Mental Side of Entrepreneurship program. She provides individual and group coaching for personal, physical and business success. She has been in practice since 2008. She has appeared on Good Morning Central Oregon, MyWindow and Central Oregon Daily. Wendy was a Realtor® from 2004 – 2008 and was licensed in California, Oregon and Washington. She was an administrative assistant for the building and beauty industries from 1989 to 2003. |
