Overview: The tokenization of real estate will likely become an increasingly hot topic. Real estate tokenization is the process of creating a digital asset that represents a single property or a portfolio of properties on a blockchain-based system. Recently, a real estate private equity firm raised $18 million to purchase the St. Regis in Aspen through a tokenized real estate offering. This class will examine the tokenization of real estate and what it might mean for your business.
