REBAC’s newest course, Mortgage and Finance for Buyer’s Representatives Live Virtual 1-day Course, debuts on September 30, 2021 from 10am-5pm CST in a live virtual setting with instructors Kimberly Allard and Michael “Smit” Smith.  This course is being offered to all Realtors nationwide.

In this course, real estate professional will learn the “ins and outs” of the mortgage and finance process and how to avoid the most common sticking points in a transaction. Students will also learn to:

•              Present the steps in loan origination; the application, processing, underwriting, and closing to clients

•              Determine the current real estate market trends and how to plan for the future

•              Provide resources for low credit scores and alternative financing options

•              Effectively communicate to lenders and listing agents

This class will be offered as an elective to ABR and SRS in 2022.
