HYBRID Law and Rule Required Course 2022-2023 3 CEHybrid : In-Person at COAR and Virtual Webinar Law and Rule (sometimes written as LARRC) is a required course every license renewal and be submitted to the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA). The current cycle is January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023. Once you have participated in a class, keep your certificate in your files to submit to Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) when it is time for your license renewal.

In your registration email, you will be provided a link to attend the class virtually if you choose to do so. Your virtual attendance will be monitored by the webinar platform we use called GoToWebinar. GoToWebinar tracks your digital engagement and rates your participation; we use the information provided by GoToWebinar to confirm that virtual attendees have earned your CE credit. For in-person and virtual attendees, CE will be sent via email the day following the event. |

IN-PERSON Flexmls Sessions: Basic & Intermediate Q&ALearn basic and advanced features our MLSCO online platform, Flexmls. Stick around for both Flexmls sessions, or attend just one of the two sessions at their designated times (Basics at 1 pm, Advanced at 2pm).
Jaynee Beck will be teaching the Flexmls Basics session at 1 pm, covering how to create a listing, create contacts, making quick searches etc..
The Flexmls Advanced session at 2 pm will cover more topics such as creating subscriptions/portals, map searching, creating CMA's and much more!
