Coffee with PrinevillePrineville City Council Chambers Meet with city and county with COAR The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® works closely with city and county staff throughout the region, including various community development departments (CDD). Following a pause during the pandemic, COAR is resuming these meetings throughout COAR’s jurisdiction. These meetings are open to all COAR members/area brokers and provide an opportunity for brokers to ask questions and receive an update from staff on local housing and development. Common agenda topics include new construction and land use applications, current and long-range planning projects, and buildable lands inventory. Listing Input CourseThe listing input course (not to be confused with new member orientation or new member signup) is a 1.5-hour course that will teach you how to input new listings. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and get assistance from our MLS expert, Tyson Nivens.
This class is required to have access to input listings. It is not needed if you already have access. Upon completing this course, we will automatically mark your attendance in our records. In addition to completing this course, you will need your Managing Principal Broker's written permission to have this feature activated.
