As we kick off a new year, this class will examine some key issues impacting the real estate industry, election results, and what REALTORS® need to know at the various levels of government.

Fraudulent listings are on the rise across the country, including Central Oregon. Fraudsters are sophisticated, providing fake IDs and sourcing details on properties from county records. Learn the potential warning signs and hear perspectives from our panelists from Amerititle, Deschutes County Title, First American Title, & Western Title. Moderated by Natalka Palmer, Harcourts The Garner Group. 

This course is also be offered in-person at COAR on February 14 from 1-2pm. 

Law and Rule (LARRC) is a required course every license renewal by the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA). The current cycle is January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023.

Once you have participated in a class, keep your certificate in your files to submit to Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) when it is time for your license renewal.
