*RESCHEDULED* Oregon Eviction Moratorium 101: The Impact on Rentals, Duplexes, Triplexes and More | 1 CEOregon Eviction Moratorium 101: The Impact on Rentals, Duplexes, Triplexes and More Feb 24 at 10 AM (1 CE) Jeremy Rogers, JD Director of Legal Affairs and Public Policy Oregon REALTORS® Overview: On December 20, House Bill 4401 passed the Oregon Legislature, extending the eviction moratorium through June 2021 and creating a $150 million compensation fund for rental property owners, as well as another $50 million for a tenant fund to be used for rent. Among other measures, the bill will require tenants to sign a declaration that they have been impacted by COVID-19 in order to delay rental payments. This webinar will focus on HB 4401, and specifically residential eviction and what the law means for REALTORS®. |
