The online application for the 2026 Building a Better Oregon (BBO) Award nominations is now open. The deadline for applications is April 13, 2026.
The Building a Better Oregon* (BBO) Awards recognize those who have positively impacted their community with outstanding new or renovated commercial or industrial buildings/structures, or innovative residential developments. This community awards program was created by the association over 50 years ago. Applicants are judged on:
- community or neighborhood improvement
- innovative design and construction
- economic contribution
- environmental sustainability
